You probably have heard of coaches for different areas of life – personal, business, financial, etc. Health & Fitness Coaching is the same thing, it appeals to the busy person who is trying to balance work, family and health, and often finds their needs getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
With all of our other responsibilities, it is hard to find the time to exercise, let alone make two to three costly appointments a week with a personal trainer at the health club. Health & Fitness Coaching works on your schedule and within your budget. It saves you time, frustration and money. Think of it like a personal assistant for health & fitness. We will monitor your progress, give support, teach you how to shop, cook and eat. We will guide you through an exercise program that best suits your body, to help you reach your personl goals.
The program is so flexible, like a menu, you can pick and choose the type & level of assistance you need. It is a very personalized approach to health & fitness. A minimum commitment of three months is required.
