Pilates Beginner Mat Classes w/ Christine Crawford

A series of floor work exercises emphasizing core strength; breath control; flowing movement; and the development of strong, lean muscles and a decompressed spine.  This class will challenge your core and further increase your flexibility as you learn coordination, precise control and concentration

The mat work is a great place to start. All of the fundamental movements and Pilates exercise principles are incorporated in the beginning series. The mat exercises are adaptable to any fitness level. The mat exercises will help you quickly gain a lot of strength and confidence in the Pilates method.





Couples Yoga Date Night w/ Sue Lancaster

Join us for a light hearted evening, of fun and exploration. This workshop is a perfect way to connect or reconnect to your special someone. Practice begins with an hour of partner yoga poses & breath exercises to tone, strengthen and stretch the body. The assistance of your partner brings closeness and connection as well as laughter. The practice ends with instruction on how to perform a relaxing hand & foot massage  on your partner.
(After the practice we eat dinner and laugh some more. Dinner is provided by the studios choice of local restaurants.)
