Shortly after, the studio moved to Williams Bay, WI. After Sue's heart surgery in 2006, to repair a congenital defect the studio struggled to stay afloat and finally took it's last breath in May 2007. Sue moved her focus to to her hometown of  Elkhorn, WI and opened a new studio called Essential Yoga & Massage. Sue uses her own life experiences & many years or research and study to assist students in becoming their own personal best.

Sue teaches a variety of classes from Beginner and Gentle Stretch to Vinyasa Flow & Yoga for Strength and Balance.        She also offers private therapeutic yoga, a carefully designed collection of restorative yoga, gentle yoga, breath work, guided meditation, and prenatal yoga.  These classes focus on restoring health and balance to the mind, body & spirit        after illness, injury or surgery.

Sue attended Blue Sky School of Professional Massage & Body Work in Grafton WI & graduated in September 2010 as a Certified & State Licensed Massage Therapist.

Through the use of many modalities Sue is able to offer a very personalized approach to health & wellness, which includes not only yoga, but aerobic training,  massage & private wellness consultations.

"One size does not fit all, it is very important to find what works for you and then find the right person to guide & assist you towards the achievemt of your personal goals."
