Jennifer Accomando

Jennifer has been enjoying the benefits of yoga since 2006 and has her 200 hour yoga certification from the Himalayan Institute. In the last year, she has had the opportunity to learn from many teachers.
Her learning experiences have given her teaching style an eclectic feel, with the heart of her influence in Hatha yoga. She continues to learn from her own personal practice along with the teaching from the Himalayan traditions.
Jennifer was drawn to yoga for stress management and now loves to share
with others the joy of practicing yoga. She hopes to pass on her love of yoga to her students and encourage them to release tension and stress and look within for their strength and beauty.
