Beginner Yoga
This class is designed with beginners in mind & guides you through a series of foundational and stabilizing yoga postures. It allows you to experience the mind/body benefits, increases strength and endurance, joint stability and range of motion, while developing powerful body and breath awareness. 
Gentle Stretch Yoga - All Levels
This class utilizes classical yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body. Postures are led in a slow meditative manner with longer holding to generate heat and encourage the body to release deep-seated tension. The class consists of non-strenuous yoga movements designed to gently stretch skeletal muscles and deeply relax the nervous system.
Yoga for Strength & Balance - Level 2
This class is recommended for more experienced students who want a more athletic yoga experience. Class consists of a variety of postures that strengthen and limber the body. The class begins with a vinyasa style workout utilizing sun salutations to warm the body, followed by some more strenuous and challenging poses. These poses are held for a longer period of time to build strength and heat in the body. 
Zumba
Zumba is a dynamic and exciting class full of Latin flavor and world music beats. The routines include aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It targets areas such as glutes, legs, arms, abdominals, and most important muscle in the body, the heart! It is a mixture     of body sculpting movements and easy to follow dance steps. No previous experience in dance is needed to have fun with Zumba.

Zumba is a fun, effective, and simple fitness program  that maximizes caloric output, fat burning, and total   body toning.

The sexy and explosive rhythms create a party like atmosphere that delivers incredible results.
Zumba is fun, different, easy, exotic, and is rapidly sweeping the globe and becoming the next fitness sensation! "Who would have thought working out could be so much fun."
Yoga for Every-Body
This morning class is for yoga aspirants of all levels. Limbering and warming postures are followed by standing postures with a focus on proper breathing. We will take our body and spine through the full range of motion, developing flexibility in all  joints and connective tissues, and muscular strength throughout the body.  Yoga asana, practiced with a focus on the breath, can help to maintain postural balance and emotional centering as well as improve cardiovascular stamina.

Seated, meditative and restorative postures bring us inward to find focus and centering. Postural adjustments are offered to assist practitioners with alignment, and finding steadiness and ease in the poses. Join us for this morning class and learn how yoga can help you to feel better, have more energy and be your best in whatever you do.


Pilates
A series of floor work exercises emphasizing ;core strength, breath control, flowing movement, development of strong, lean muscles decompression of the spine.

This class will challenge your core and further increase your flexibility as you learn coordination, precise control and concentration.
